National Institute of Road Safety - NIRS is managed by the road safety experts who are having experience of 32 years in road safety, and promoted by Mother India Care. NIRS is providing advanced road safety skill to road users through the education of Inner World Strategic Specialisation - IWSS in sustainable road safety. We also promote super special therapy called GIBMA Therapy which is scientifically proven mechanism to establish desired behaviour in sustainable road safety. Road user can become the strict follower of road traffic rules the way pure vegetarian follows the dietary rules and also develop cognitive support system CSS also called cognitive reserve.
Road safety awarenss education was provided but road safety skill was not provided to road users. As a result the road users started learning the road safety skill through the mind guided learning. Expert guided learning is prosperous and mind guided learning is disastrous. Self-taught person is a poor teacher and a worst student.

All road users are having basic road safety skills and we upgrade their skills to a new level of sustainable road safety and with a certification of Master of Self-control MSC Global.
Before boarding a public transport passengers should check the MSC Global Certificate issued by us and endorsed by Global Road Safety Board. The holder of the MSC Global Certificate will control himself/herself in any situation of the outer world. If you control yourself external situation cannot control you. It is easy to control yourself rather than controlling the world.
No road user have learned advanced road safety skills from an expert, they have learned it through their mind guidance and mind always encourage us to do easy things over right things. Road users face new and different situations on roads and they manage them reactively and accidentally. We make your mind to work for you over against you. You learn mind management and manage cognitive situations intelligently over accidentally. Over 500 road users minds work against them on the road and as a result they die in road crashes.
We are promoting a global campaign “Heed or Bleed” a scientific and specific warning to pay dedicated attention on the roads or face consequences. We provide cognitive reserve also called as cognitive support system CSS to road users so that rain can pay dedicated attention during the attention gaps. Road users can enrol and develop these cognitive skills through our Cognitive Engineering Program - CEP.
We provide dual-task training to all road users (drivers & pedestrians ) so that they can perform well on the road to win daily battle for a safe commute. Our training is focused on performing the hazards perception of visible and invisible hazards. Almost all the hazards perceptions of complex cognitive situations including the speed assumptions of the oncoming vehicles have been prepared in 100 videos of one minute each.
Our training module includes watch 100 videos of 100 minutes each for 100 days (for all road users) while walking. We are promoting Vision 100 strategy which is to improve 1Self 1% every day and improve 100% in 100 days.
